Underground parking beneath the hotel was super convenient and they allowed us to leave the car past checkout so we didn’t have to hurry to get back from a last tour of the old city! The location is perfect just a short walk from everything! The breakfast was really good as well, the rooms clean and nice and very helpful staff! Top marks for a great place and great value!

Great service and perfectly situated

Perfectly situated in the old town of Bamberg. The garage under the hotel is perfect for a low cost. Great breakfast and the room has aircondition. The service was great as well with really friendly staff.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bathrooms are small and a bit outdated. The rooms are fine and clean. The location is great, very close to city centre.

This is a two star hotel nothing more. Did I know that when booking it? Yes I did. I chose it for the location only. We had a lot of problems with checking in and parking. If you have a car it will take you awhile to figure out how to get in the property to check in. I ultimately snuck in behind someone who had their card key. Otherwise we would have been waiting all afternoon. You can only get in with a card key. The room itself is like staying in a dorm room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed of my entire trip. Would I stay here again? Yes and only because it was so convenient.

Breakfast wasn't worth the money. 1st morning the eggs + sausages were cold (heat plate wasn't on), 2nd day bacon and some rolls run out. Location was good, close to everything. Well, it's a small town so pretty much everything is close.
