Very unique check-in after hours -- uses a code box to get key -- really liked it. Highly recommend property. It was in a good area of town to walk anywhere to restraunts and bars. Was clean and easy to check into -- highly recommend. We had room 10 that is two single beds and worked out great for our singles travel. Highly recommend -- would absolutely stay here again

Flott hotellrom

Vi hadde et fint opphold i denne vakre byen. Hotellet var sentralt plassert. Stort, moderne rom, men litt varmt siden det ikke var AC. Eneste minus var at det var litt lite utvalg igjen til frokost, selv om vi kom en halvtime før det stengte, og de var tomme for egg. Ellers kan jeg anbefale hotellet.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön und sehr zentral gelegen – alle wichtigen Orte in Bamberg sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Leider war unsere Junior Suite sehr hellhörig. Besonders abends war der Straßenlärm extrem deutlich wahrnehmbar – jedes vorbeifahrende Auto war laut zu hören und ließ das Zimmer spürbar vibrieren. Auch Schritte aus der Etage über uns waren regelmäßig zu hören, was den Erholungsfaktor deutlich gemindert hat. Der Reinigungsservice war enttäuschend: Am ersten Tag war abgesprochen, dass keine Reinigung erfolgt – das war in Ordnung. Am zweiten Tag jedoch hätte gereinigt werden sollen, was aber nicht geschehen ist. Es wurden weder Handtücher gewechselt noch Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – klein, ausreichend, aber nichts Besonderes. Für den Preis eher enttäuschend, zumal man im Umland von Bamberg günstiger und besser frühstücken kann. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht. Die zentrale Lage ist top, aber der Komfort und Service könnten für den Preis deutlich besser sein.
