Good service and good hotel
The hotel is good. The front desk is helpful. We booked a suit and the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is very good. Overall a good experience in this Best West hotel.

Good hotel. We had a suite with living area, so it was nice to have additional room. Nice air conditioning however, the unit in the living room wasn't as good as the one in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and you could sit on the balcony and eat. Even though the hotel is fully non-smoking, one morning a guest was smoking on the balcony when we where eating breakfast. He knew he shouldn't be smoking as he was hiding it, but very annoying when trying to enjoy breakfast with an inconsiderate guest at the next table. Car parking under hotel with a reduced cost. 10 min walk into the Old Town area of Bamberg across the bridge.
