This place is horrendous. The property is old and terrible. The surrounding area is terrible. There is nothing good that I can say about this hotel or the area around. Bad bad bad. Avoid at all costs.

It was downtown Baltimore so it was to be expected but the amount of crackheads…and police showing up outside the hotel….

Parking is tough in the area. The garage we were instructed to use closes at 6:30 and there’s not always street parking. Room was pretty clean, but reeked of cigarettes. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Tv remote barely worked. Stopped by the gym in the basement and all lights were out and keycard reader didn’t work. No one at the front desk at the time to help me. Breakfast would be ok except it was raided and breakfast bar filthy by 9 am. People from the street were coming in and taking breakfast and leaving. The fourth day of our stay there was someone sleeping in the breakfast area. The location is not necessarily dangerous but there’s a huge crowd that hangs out until midnight or so in front of the liquor store and even on the 4th floor it was hard to get to sleep due to their noise. No one came by to clean our room over 5 days. I gotta say, the staff is kind, but they really don’t regulate the people wandering in and out at all hours and definitely don’t regulate smoking (cigarette butts in elevator, stairwells, and smell in halls and rooms). It’s also cheap so kinda get what you pay for.

Really poor quality place. Broken everything. Broken light switch, broken tiles, broken doors, broken shower. Not clean. Smelled like cigarettes. Noisy. Not a nice area. Not a nice place. Too expensive for one of the lowest quality hotels I've ever been in.

First off the pictures don’t match the actual hotel 2nd the front desk host was rude and unprofessional my husband and I was calling down multiple times and he didn’t answer bt when my husband went down he had his feet up no shoes on the desk doing nothing our room didn’t have any towels n our and the neighborhood was very uneasy people everywhere I just didn’t feel safe the hotel had a no tolerance rule bt when i complained about noise nothing happened I just wouldn’t never stay here again or suggest it especially anyone with kids

Staff wasn't welcoming on our arrival, I had to greet staff to look up at me, microwave was extremely dirty & looked unclean, homeless people just trooping in & out of the hotel. Homeless people hanging around in front of the hotel. This felt very unsafe. There wasn't enough wash clothes in the room. Everytime my partner went to the front desk to ask for something like complimentary coffee or hot water they had from yesterday, his request was denied. Interestingly, I made him book the hotel, yet he was treated badly and I felt terrible about it. The passage way had smoking smell 🚬, thinking it was a smoke free building. Loud noises at night, sometimes I get scared. The pictures looks nothing like what the hotel is right now, no renovations, broken doors which was difficult to close. I won't be book here again if I ever came back to this area.

Booked 3 nights and left after only 5 hours. Hotel rooms are disgusting, holes in the walls, rusted screws sticking out from the wall from an only bracket in the bathroom. Bedspread has visible stains on it. Bed made us itchy. The area felt very unsafe. I didn’t even want to use the water to brush my teeth. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
