The room's clean and really big, and two king size beds are just what we need. Parking's a bit tight, so finding a spot at night might be tricky

The carpet in the room I stayed smelled like urine , every time I opened the door to get into the room the pungent smell was really offensive, and that’s the business section room, I had to pay 60 dollars to upgrade only to be in a smelly room

When i checked in the staff was a bit unprofessional, I explained that I did a online check-in and showed the staff the email and I was met with disgust and comments. That was my first impression and that gave the the attitude for everything else. Would not be back no recommend.

Just a disappointment, start to finish. [a] dirty AC unit (hold your breath) [b] breakfast was a joke, [c] the bed was literally broken, mattress had no support where you lay - as if an elephant had slept there and totally destroyed the support

I initially thought the room adjacent to the parking lot would be convenient however there was a man standing aimlessly. I'm aware that checkout was 11am but there was a knock on the door at 10:20am a man claiming to be with the hotel wanted to know my status I told him I'm leaving This soured my opinion of the property I'll seek other properties in the near future.

The room was not clean, had a terrible odor, the drapes hanged poorly and did not close properly for privacy. Jeremiah at the check-in was good; Daisha (?) the next morning gave the impression she could care less about this guest and resisted a simple request, a "cannot do" attitude. The phone in the room did not work.

The first room we got was a ‘non smoking room’ but when we stepped in the first thing we smelled were pure cigarettes. plus there were people in the stairs smoking. We went up to the front desk and they gave us another room but equally so the carpets were dirty, the fridge and ice bucket were dirty. Overall nice ish experience but would not come back.
