"Stay was very nice and had good time"

"One star was way too generous! The hotel was super dirty. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The ice machine was in front of our room and that area was filthy. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Our latch lock on the door was broken, we reported it and no one came to fix it, so me, my husband, my teen daughter and my grand daughter didn't feel safe. We checked out the next day and couldn't get a refund even with a valid reason like a broken lock to our room. Expedia reps tried to get in touch with the manager and he remained unreachable. And they didn't offer to give us a different room. They didn't offer a safer room for me and my family. Also, the parking is across the street underground and is $35 daily, or $35 everytime you leave and come back in. The hotel didn't validate for parking. We had to ask about the parking, they didn't provide any details on their site about parking."

"This is not in a family friendly area. Travelers beware at night there is prostition, drug selling and other activities just blocks and in front of the hotel. As a grandmother seeking a safe and family oriented environment. Raring is 0 I am glad I only stayed overnight because of the night activity that surrounded the hotel.made it impossible to go without being exposed to immoral activities. If you have children this is not the hotel for. When my family and I arrived in our room there was a Waterbury in the bathroom on its back. Told the front desk my husband I stepped and came back. The Waterbury was still in the room. My husband had to dispose of it."

"I only have one thing to honestly complain about. The room temperature in the room. There was only one vent and it was located all the way over by the window and very small. It never got lower than 71 in the room - which for our visit, when we left and came back was just fine. Even during the night it would not get any lower than that. We had to keep our curtains shut to help with it which did suck a little since we paid extra for a view of Camden Yards. Other than that, the stay was great! Just want to share for other hot nature people."
