Superb! If this fits your budget you won't find better. Classic "Edwardian" style property with a contemporary twist. What sets this apart from other similar hotels is the way that they have merged traditional with modernity without any bling!

Positive and negative points.

First room we were given we couldn’t get hot water. Hotel dealt with this very efficiently by changing our room. Rooms could do with blackout blinds as light cam through very early. Wedding disco going on downstairs was very noisy until after 1am.

Great hotel, we will be back

Arrived to find long queue outside for restaurant, there was no separate check in for guests. Otherwise everything was brilliant, the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them( except the breakfast chef who wasn’t a happy chap). We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay, a good location for us to stay while visiting family and also visiting some tourist sites. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food for dinner was very good in the restaurant.
