"Actually a super nice hotel the casino hotel is a bit off the Beat in path but very well maintained and a beautiful and well maintained room supe comfortable and comfortable sleep Just very enjoyable place to stay so many small bonus things I liked about the room. Great two head large shower. Tv in the mirror in the bathroom. Large closet with fridge inside. And by the door loved the buttons to turn a red do not disturb light outsides the door or the green maid service light very nice"

"The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. Situated a very short walk from the arch so an ideal location if you are a tourist. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh . Parking was easy (worth the $30 charge ) although there are plenty of garages near but I don’t know how much they cost. Would definitely stay again"

"The worst Hyatt stay ever! Where do I start! We booked 2 double-bed rooms for a HS team for a math competition. We were told there were only 1-Q rooms left and staff offered to provide rollaway beds for free. As we had a flight delay and it was late, we accepted it. The rollaway beds squeaked in the windowless rooms all night and kids who had a math competition the next day couldn’t sleep. My room was next to a service elevator that made thundering sounds all night. I woke up 15 minutes into my sleep thinking it was an earthquake. No, that sound continued all night. Oh, the toilet broke too! And the $25 breakfast plus service charges was only as good as Residence Inn free breakfast. The location was great but the $50 parking was a nightmare also because of the location. After all the tips, the valet “lost” my husband’s Oakley also. Staff’s attitudes were surprisingly not quite the norm of a Hyatt Regency. The only great thing was the rooms were spacious but I’ll never stay there again!"

"Very clean room and property. EV charging in the parking lot and the quick walk to the MetroLink was very convenient. Room needed some upkeep as the bathroom floor tile was loose and uneven in our room (202) and there was holes in the wall from where things were hanging before. The bathroom counter also groaned and moved if ANY weight was out in it (an arm to steady you). The biggest downfall of this hotel is just that there’s no where to eat nearby. There’s some food in the casino but it wasn’t all always open and only looked… okay."
