Probably one of my worst check in experience ever. The communication, the reluctance to assist and just don’t care attitude of hospitality workers seems shocking.

We spent a family weekend here, with 2 couples sharing a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. The rooms were clean but very poorly equipped - remote controls didn’t work, there was no patio furniture & only one 2 seater couch for a 4 sleeper unit, hardly any crockery and glasses on the kitchen & whatever they was was from odd sets! Also no bedside lamps in bedrooms, threadbare towels and a light that shone all night outside the 2nd bedroom with no blind to block out the light. We didn’t sleep a wink until it went off with a timer at 5am. To top it all, there is no service directory and no telephone to call somebody in charge to get help. The general line which we googled was not answered when we called. There could have been a fire and nobody from “Management” would have been reachable!! What a joke!!

I was at first concerned after reading reviews however as a family of 4 we were very happy and comfortable in room 104. Very neat and clean, everything you could need. My kids loved it. thank you

I booked a room with a queen bed. The day before my date I received a call from a lady who asked to move us to another room coz the couple that was suppose to vacate extended. I said it is ok provided it is a similar room. she said it is bigger. I got to the room we found a double bed in one room and a 2 twin beds in another room. Honestly, it don't make sense to me that her idea of bigger is two separate rooms. i didnt have time to call her cos I was there for a function and I was already late.

Not so good:
Receptionist was awol for about 10 mins on arrival. Had to wait to check-in. During our stay receptionist was difficult to find at the desk, mostly unavailable.
New receptionist, unable to provide sufficient information about resort facilities.
One toilet in the room not working, no maintenance people available to repair for the duration of our stay.
No soap or toiletries provided in the room.
Found spiders in the bed.
Supposedly a 5-star stay was very dissappointing indeed. More like 2-3 star

Lovely venue but the service was disappointing. No information was given out at check in on activities and amenities. There was connection issues with our dstv and towels are not changed daily

It was terrible Zimbali Suite Room 319. The window in the bedroom had no blinds. The night shift guys gave us a salotape to close the window using a towel. 2. During booking we chose a Queen bed but the room had a double bed essentially they conned us. We want our money back. 3. The DSTV switched off while we were watching. Lastly we could not use the iron board because the holder underneath was broken.
