"Our stay was unfortunately below expectations. We notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be arriving late, but the front desk was not very welcoming and seemed annoyed during check-in. The room did not feel fully prepared for guests. There wasn’t enough shampoo and conditioner, and I found a spider and some dead insects in one corner. The bathroom sink had a drainage issue and drained very slowly. The toilet also had an improperly fitted seat, it appeared to be a round seat installed on an elongated toilet, which was uncomfortable and gave the impression that maintenance had been overlooked. The room wasn’t dirty, but the bedding didn’t feel fresh. I requested housekeeping the next day and even removed the pillowcases hoping they would be changed. When we returned, the towels had been straightened, but the bedding and most of the room appeared untouched. Breakfast was also disappointing. The hotel was clearly busy, but only one employee seemed to be handling the breakfast area, making it difficult to keep food stocked for guests. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it felt understaffed and not fully prepared for the number of guests staying there. I hope they improve these areas in the future."
