"The hotel had a good location, breakfast was good. On our last night we were woken at around 11pm by someone trying to get into our room. He was drunk, we managed to get him into the lift and to reception who fined his group. I have written to the hotel manager who promised to deal with it, look into compensation and come back to me, but after 2 weeks I have heard nothing. This was a very frightening experience and if it was a lone person, very frightening. I would expect a hotel to look after it's guests, but obviously not this leaves a lot to be desired."
