"A clean and somewhat generic hotel in a really lovely town. Breakfast is a basic buffet and everything is no-frills. But the location is great - easy to walk to local sights and restaurants, and good views of the sea and surroundings. I’d stay here again."

"Hotel Fransiskus was one of our favorite stays in Iceland, We had some queries before we reached but Diana at reception was a great help and very respectful and responsive. She made sure to answer all our questions and guide us about the restaurants near by. We had a nice quick chat with her when we reached. The breakfast buffet was good too. We loved our experience here and recommend the place a 100%"
