「Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open.」

「Only stayed 1 night after arriving on a late night flight. Check in was simple and the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Had a family room which was perfect for 4 of us.
