Great hotel very near to the Balaton. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic. Several options, there is some excellent local food for all tastes. The beach is of walking distance as most everything is nearby. Highly recommend!

ok so be aware of this hotel, the main building looks beautiful, but no lift for suitcases..quite many high steps. they put us in a Side building, which was just ok. Towels were thin and awful. Breakfast was however very good.

TERRIBLE.

It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Reception was so unkind and rude. Whenever we asked something, she showed it’s annoying. Cleaniess of the room was not that good either. And wi-fi internet was so slow, you can’t watch any youtube clips in your room. I’ll never ever visit here again. The reception lady should learn what the service is.

Patinas szalloda es vendegszeretet

Nagyon szep patinas szalloda. En imadom a regi "villa"hoteleket. A szemelyzet nagyon kedves es segito kesz volt. A szobank nagyon kenyelmes es tiszta volt.A reggeli finom volt es nagy volt a valasztek.A szalloda nagyon kozel van mindenhez,csendes utcaban. A Balaton part korulbelul 8 perc setara van. A szallodanak egy hatul utoje van hogy nincsen lift mivel muemlek epulet. Ha idos emberek latogatjak akik nehezebben lepcsoznek kerjek az 1,2 vagy a harmas szobat oda kevesebb a lepcso(recepcijo szinten). Egyebken szivbol ajanlom az Astoria hotelt.

3 nights in Balatonfured

The city of Balatonfured is a typical summer city. Not much going on here in November. The hotel is old an nice, but out of season. For the first two days I was the only guest. Service was good - nothing to complain about there. The room smelled of old the second you entered. Room was clean, but old and worn. King size bed was only 1.8m long I am 1.90m so this was bad. One side of the bed was totally useless, but luckily the other side was a bit better.
