"wifi was terrible, staff unhelpful, told us the hotel was full and we could not check in early. The hotel was clearly half empty and they could have easily met our requests which were given weeks in advance. The hotel is very isolated on its own, you cannot walk beyond its own beach without going onto a dangerous half built access road. Once you're in your stuck there. Other hotels in the area slightly further north are all joined together so access to the beaches are great"

They organised day trips and cabs for us, offered turn down services every night and we even got to have a full body massage in their beautiful spa with 20% off.
