Great hotel in the perfect location close to the Old City and to the Flame Towers. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly, so they make my vacation a great experience. I would like to highlight the staff of the reception, fantastic guys that help me a lot. When one of the youngest members (17 y/o) shows that high level of professionalism, it s evident the hotel is doing a fantastic job

Excellent staff, helpful and nice. Room was not up to an executive room standard. Dirty carpet with lots of stains, falling curtains, door electronic card not working, had to use a normal key. House keeping, comes in the room to change towels and sheets but never clean anything else. Bathroom amenities were missing, such as Bathrobes. Bedroom missing Blackout drapes as it's mentioned. It says hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which is not true.

Not a 4star hotel

During my stay there was only first day when the towels were changed, later no. I had to use the same towels. No cleaning of the room. It may be clean when you check in, but every day you will find only bed settled, all the other points are not changed: the floor remained dirty for three days, the towels were not changed, not always may be ordered meal for the room service due the absence of chef or absence of requid ingredients (in this case chef and menu shall be refreshed). One of the important points: no ramp outside. If you have a heavy suitcase you will have to enjoy the activity “carry your heavy bag yourself”. There were nobody when I checked in and checked out in the lobby who could help to bring the luggage to the room when check in or outside when checking out.

Her şeyi ile mükemmel bir otel. Otelin yakınlarında 7/24 açık market mevcut. Otelin tam karşısında da bir market var lakin 23:00 da kapatıyor. Açık büfe kahvaltısı ve bol çeşitleri ile harikaydı. Bir daha Bakü gezisi yaparsam tek geleceğim otel burası. Çalışanları çok nazik ve yardımsever.
