Clean and comfortable room. Easy quick check in. Less than desirable area unfortunately.

Liked: Staff & service
Booked this room online. A handful of transients out front. Ran over a glass bottle parking in the lot. Checking in was decent. The lady at the counter was very sweet and helpful. The hotel smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely awful. Felt like sleeping on a bed spring. Was up bright and early to continue my travels. You get what you pay for i guess.
Staff was very accommodating but they allow homeless people to congregate outside, they sit out on the front lawn out in the front and are constantly going back and forth in the parking lot feels very unsafe I was constantly looking out the window to see if my car was okay, as soon as I got to my room I had to kill two cockroaches and my feet were sticking to the floor!

As soon as I walked in the door one of the tenants there was telling me about the bugs in the walls and have the homeless people bring the bugs in and he's getting blamed for it. Needless to stay I called and they said they weren't going to charge me that's somebody from hotels.com and talk to them I'll never go there again it was a horrible experience and a long drive from where I was staying. now I'm afraid places lolgood i
Parking was easy, but there were multiple vehicles parked in the lot throughout the day with people running in and out of the hotel. Bikes, dogs, and people with few teeth wandered in and out, going to the upstairs areas. Most of the rooms are blocked off with renovation stickers, but our room was very worn down, dirty floors, broken toilet seat, mirror looked like it had been in a fire. However, once in the room, it was quiet aside from the occasional barking of the dog tied to the tree outside the room. I did not feel safe walking across the street to the diner as small groups of people carrying garbage bags and riding bikes lingered around the entrance. Check in was easy, but once again, I should have guessed what the stay would be since the check in was in a small room attached to a lobby (similar to a pawn shop where you are completely separated from the representative checking us in.) Despite our room being booked as non-smoking, everything reeked of smoke in our room--pillows, sheet, one light blanket. I would say good for the price, but this should be a $50/night or by the hour hotel.
Not a good place to stay 1 star. Tv doesnt work, dirty and smells odd. Elevator broken and i am on 3rd floor

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I actually checked in and left after 15 min, the room was not terribly bad at all, the halls smelled terrible, the homeless and or drug addicts hanging around will be the downfall of this hotel if nothing is done
