If you’re by yourself, make sure to request for a room with no adjoining rooms because you can hear the other party on the other room with an adjoining room door. The staff was nice enough to chnge my room right away. I slept so good in my room. Definitely recommended.

Bathroom was not too clean. Black hand print on bathroom wall and lotion dispenser. Tub had residue I had to rinse. Property requires updated. Friendly check in/out. Breakfast was good. Overall, good stay.

When you pull up to this property, you actually think that it’s deserted and it is in horrible condition on the exterior. But with that said our room is decent. Definitely clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was really dirty, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could get someone to vacuum it out and clean it and I was told that it’s out of order! But there was no indication when you were indicated area of the pool that the Jacuzzi was out of order.

The staff was great. Very helpful when need their help. They gifted the kids with toys to utilize for the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Great customer service. The downside is the hotel is not the most clean facility. The beds and room was clean for the most part but there are many areas through the hotel that have been neglected.
