Awful
Very outdated, would suggest making an effort in cleaning the outdoors and making it look somewhat welcome. We stayed 1-night and that was more than enough, the freeway is right next to it so if you’re planning to get some rest: FORGET IT! Please move on to another hotel.. would NOT recommend!!!

Absolutely bad. I got my room and it was a complete mess. I have a daughter and a wife, we felt unsafe. Asked for a refund, thank god i am receiving it in the next 5- 7 business days. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else. Receptionist was suoer nice. Only bright side.

I travel to Bakersfield at least once a month sometime twice a month to visit family and business. I have always stay in this hotel in the past because it was always nice and clean some noise but not bad, it was just the room size I need for my trip but the last 2 times I have come and stay there the rooms have been dirty this time around there was a big stain on the carpet and when I brought it up to the reception personnel she said oh “yes I know about the stain” and that was it I turn around and left very un satisfied .

Liked NOTHING about the property which was in a damaged condition…dresser drawers had no bottom, electrical outlets were exposed, flooring was filthy, light fixtures didn’t operate, furniture was damaged, raggedy, mismatched etc. etc. etc. Absolutely no amenities, no facilities, awful, terrible, horrible experience.

I got. To the room i paid about $101 and it smelled like straight up smoke and it said smoke free room i lifted the covers i found hair on the sheets it looked like they couldn't vacuum or something shower was leaking water. All night door was like cracked open even tho i closed it and locked it towels were stained like if they just folded them and stocked them i don't know i think i should of just went to hotel 6 would of got the same thing for cheaper

Rates were great. The rooms bed was comfortable so, I was able to rest well. Room was equipped with all necessity amenities. The heater worked great as it was cold. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was ready with clean towels, tissues & soap. Thank you!

Horrible
It was horrible. Not a single garbage can in the whole room. We called to get one because we had gotten food and were told we could come down and grab one if we wanted. The microwave was missing as well as the front of one of the drawers. Room was dirty and I paid for a room with two queen beds and was given a room with one queen bed.

Staff was nice and helpful. But by far this is thee worst Extended stay I've stayed in, the room was filthy and noisy. Staff switched my room, because I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness of my first room. On my 3rd night there, the toilet malfunctioned and they gave me a 99 cent store plunger to fix the issue myself. Of course the plunger didn't work and they switched my room again. In 4 days I stayed in 3 different rooms, the inconvenience of having to switch rooms was exhausting. The place is run down and not kept up, it's not in a good area and there is a lot of homelessness and a lot of stray cats. It smells like a litter box outside. And to top it off I had a man trying to sell me drugs at 7:50 in the morning! For the price of this hotel, I expected better quality. I could've had the same experience at Motel 6 for half the price. Never staying there again, I would not recommend.

We were given a room which was hard floor. But soon we realized the floor was so dirty that some black dust started coming to our feet. Asked the front desk to give us a different room, which she agreed and gave. The new room was carpet and it was even more dirtier than the first one.!! Add to that the company of bed bugs and cockroaches.!!

Scary Stay
Front desk clerk was unhelpful and unfriendly.Room was dirty with a cockroach and homeless people walk around the parking lot and all garbages on premises we're full of trash. Tons of stray cats being fed by residence throwing food on the parking lot ground. Kids playing outside in the parking lot at night unattended by any adults.

Our room had water damage in the bathroom. The recliner had white tape on it where it was roped. The floor by the front door had tape on it and the smoke alarm was pulled off the wall. It smelled clean and there was no evidence that it wasn’t. Said there was breakfast but no indication by anyone there was.

we love a pet friendly hotel
We needed a hotel for the night and this place was good for us as it is pet friendly. The room we got was on the side located near the freeway and it was a bit loud, but nonetheless great place. They had a couple grass areas for the doggies, very convenient
