In fact, the Hotel scored a perfect 100% 3 times in a row on both the rooms and restaurant health inspections! Exterior windows are washed regularly as weather permits; in fact they are scheduled to be done today! To prevent damage to the exterior the window washers have to wait until a clear, calm day without fear of freezing temperatures. Management and servers are committed to providing the best dining and hotel experience. If any guest is disappointed with any aspect of food, beverage or service, and fails to communicate that, then we can't "make it right".

We are happy you enjoyed your stay! Our property management system is set up to release any holds for incidentals on check out. However we have no control on when each financial institution releases it on their end. Most clear within 3-10 business days if you did not incur any charges.

So sorry to learn that you were disapointed with your drinks Had you said a word about it, on site managers would have gladly addressed this on the spot, either remaking drinks or comping them. Unclear what, besides the cocktails, was left to be desired? The elderly hotel owners support this management team in every way, and we're very sorry that we didnt have the opportunity to fix whatever went wrong here.

For context, we'd like to share with you that Alan was and still is struggling to recover from his father's sudden and violent death. He has separated from the Geiser Grand Team for that reason. This is not an excuse, just wanted you to know why the unusual experience; and we want you to know that this will not be happening again. Management and Staff are committed to providing the Hotel experience and strive for excellence in service. We ask guest there preference on what bathroom style they prefer but never guarantee that the guest gets that preference due to client demand. In the future if you demand a non-ADA room you will be presented with more suitable options. On the day that you arrived we had no options for upgrade or downgrade as we were booked to capacity & had more on a waitlist to get into rooms if they opened up. We apologize that you were disappointed in your room & services.
