"WOW WOW WOW What a hotel. Absolutely stunning decor and immaculately clean. Staff are super helpful (you do need google translate) but they go out of their way to help. Buffet dinner was questionable but I did arrive very late so I’ll caveat that. Breakfast buffet was much much better. European and Chinese food on offer. Chefs will cook you fresh eggs/omelette if you ask (not obvious to non Chinese). Bar/lounge is stunning but people can smoke indoors so there’s a smell if you’re a non smoker. Room service is delivered by robot and I could follow those ‘guys’ around all day. Amazing technology. Amazing views of the Olympic park if you’re on the correct side of the hotel."

"Stayed in this hotel several times due to its perfect location and super friendly staff. Have to say, the whole facility seems aged. But The staff is very helpful and willing to solve issues for you, which always made my stay and trip easier."
