「Hotel is well located and the rooms are clean. Bathroom is a little run down but the water pressure is great」

「Hotel situado en una zona peatonal del centro histórico, muy limpia la habitación aunque es cierto que para habitación triple los espacios son muy pequeños. El baño reformado en muy buen estado y lo único incómodo el aparcamiento, porque es una zona que no se puede acceder en vehículo」

「No pongo el 5 porque el mueble del baño estaba un poco descascarillado y había alguna hormiga en el suelo. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y el desayuno esta mañana muy bueno y en un local precioso 」

Parking is on street, but a 1 euro fee (city fee) allows for overnight parking ( get parking permit right away at check-in and put in your dashboard) . 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and Romanesque cathedral, as well as a star fort of Phillip II vintage. 」

「We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...
