Enttäuschend für diesen Preis

Wir haben für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ein Zimmer gebucht, haben jedoch ein Zimmer mit nur einem Doppelbett erhalten. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wusste natürlich niemand Bescheid, da dies sonst die Zimmermädchen machen würden. Die zwei unfreundlichen Damen haben dann zwei weitere Damen gebeten, das Sofa zu beziehen und Decken/Kissen zu bringen. Das klappte dann auch, während wir das Abendessen eingenommen haben. Aber für diesen Preis erwarte ich ein Bett pro Person, zumal ich es ja bezahle. Oder zumindest die Info, dass zwei auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen, dann weiss ich Bescheid und kann mich dagegen entscheiden. Und ganz sicher muss alles hergerichtet sein, wenn wir ankommen (war Abends um 17.30 Uhr). Beim Abendessen gab es zum Salat und zur Suppe kein Brot, auch nicht auf meine Nachfrage. Auf dem Essbank lagen gut ersichtliche Essensresten von Vorgängern. Frühstück war gut, Personal am Morgen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
