「We were never able to check in. We had to sleep in our car. The trip was a disaster. You need to remove these places from your choices.」

「Beautiful room. New interior to a very historic building. Not a complaint, but the listing did not make you aware that the building is inaccessible by car, even for dropping off luggage. Closest drop off point is 3 blocks away, downhill. Street parking is available with 5 blocks and garage parking is further away. While this place is wonderful, it is not a place for people with limited mobility.」

「avevo prenotato una suite disponibile last minute anche perchè risultava esserci il parcheggio gratuito incluso. A prenotazione confermata e pagata nella e-mail di conferma leggo che la reception è aperta solo su appuntamento da concordare un giorno prima dell'arrivo, che la struttura è in zona ZTL e che il parcheggio solo pubblico a pagamento se lo si trova. Chiamato il numero del titolare che ci dice che la suite non è disponibile e che a livello di favore può darci solo una economy con bagno...

「Al llegar te encuentras con una puerta de madera “auténtica”, de las que se hacían antiguamente, muy bien cuidada. Los escalones…, en los B&B con encanto, siempre encontraremos escalones, es lo que hay, jejeje, pero bueno, se suben bien y si eres mayor Annalisa y su equipo te ayudan con ellas. Mi habitación, la 2, “super acogedora” y…, una cama de matrimonio como las que me gustan, “grande”…,”Comodísima” y las almohadas maravillosas. Un placer de confort para un descanso pleno. Y no acaba...

「In der Beschreibung hies es, dass es in diesem Hotel ein Whirlpool gibt, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war! Dann hat der freundliche Herr uns überredet, ein zweites Zimmer zu nehmen, da nur eines für zwei Männer zu klein sei, was überhaupt nicht stimmte! Und zu guter Letzt, wollte er für den Parkplatz noch € 10, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, inkl. Parkplatz! Nie wieder!」

「Room was an excellent location right on the main pedestrian area (note you cannot park nearby so pack light) with a gorgeous view of the sea. Walking distance to everything you could want. The bed was comfortable but only had a top sheet, no blanket. This was okay as the weather was still quite warm. The mattress was comfortable. The toilet had a leak which we think was the cause of the slight bad odor. We opened the small window to let it air out at night. Perhaps turning that small window into...

「The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. 」

「A great place to stay!! A quiet building, a super-comfortable bed, a nice kitchenette, lots of natural light, tasteful decor, a convenient location right in the centre and close to the beach, accommodating and easy-to-communicate-with staff. And it's pet-friendly too! Highly recommend!」
