「We were extremely disappointed with our choice of booking our stay at Monterio , to start with there was no breakfast buffet which was a part of the deal when we booked it online at Expedia , the hotel reception was stunned to notice that breakfast buffet was to be provided ; they do not even have a proper restaurant to have such an arrangement. The staff seems to be completely relying on the hotel manager for every request that was made and the manager is never to be seen in the hotel.」

「Basic room but hot shower and AC. Bed was soft with a shallow mattress.We asked the Manager to change and he added a second mattress. The room was cleaned daily and nothing was too much trouble. Quiet location and easy to reach Baga and Calangute. Room was expensive but it was Christmas week!. I would stay again.」
