"Lovely room with amazing sea views. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Far too many steps for us. From our room there were steps to the bar, Reception, restaurants, pool and beach. We knew there were steps but not quite so many! The beach was beautiful and sun loungers and umbrellas available at a small additional cost. Take beach shoes as a pebble beach. Facilities in room were good however we didn't like the glass door on bathroom which didn't open and close very well. Entertainment was poor. Food choices at buffet reasonable but repetitive. Overall a good hotel but we wouldn't choose to stay there again."

Hotel Lumbarda

"Hotel Lombarda is located in a quiet village just a short bus or uber ride from the port in Korcula. The hotel is pretty “tired”, and could use some updating of rooms, baths and common areas above the lobby. The pool area was great and we enjoyed talking with the bartender. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our friends did have an obnoxious sewer odor in their room that was never really resolved. Hotel has indicated they will refund one nights stay, but that hasn’t happened as of yet. It was fun to visit a couple of wineries while we were there."

"Overall a great place. This is an older building that has been well maintained. But as a 1970s building it is showing its age and era of architecture. On the flip side, it was much less expensive than most hotels we have stayed at on this trip and as a result there seem to be more locals, which was refreshing. The waterfront beach area is fantastic. Our bathroom light only worked intermittently but no big deal. A nice relaxing small town location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist cities. Breakfasts were good and outdoor seating very pretty."

"Well located hotel; short walk to Old Town, restaurants and shops. It's an old hotel but quite typical for the area and island. Staff were helpful; breakfast buffet was not that great compared to other hotels on our trip. The hotel was very kind to allow us the use of the pool & showers after check out while we waited for our late afternoon ferry. We would recommend this hotel for a visit to Korcula."

"Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!"
