「Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.」

「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」

「Overall the stay was great. My only two complaints about the location- VERY NOISY!! Not sure if this was a one time situation, when we stayed, but this time we were awoken by the loud sound of men, laughing, and speaking loudly, at about 4am in the morning…This went on for about 2 hours. Sounded like a party right outside the building, but very close to our room. Very disruptive, especially if you need rest for long trip next day.
