"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. There were 3 of us that had a booked and they moved us to there secondary place which was unfit for 3 men with only a double and a single bed together. The place was in terrible condition for what we paid. We ended up finding another place to stay at and have not not been contacted to be refunded after a formal letter was sent out.
