Un hotel nella media per un tre stelle in Alto Adige ma esageratamente costoso in alta stagione per il tipo di proposta. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma struttura da rivedere perché ormai riporta i segni del tempo e dei gusti.

L'accoglienza ed i servizi sono tutti di ottimo livello. In particolare segnalo il livello della ristorazione davvero eccellente, direi superiore alla categoria della struttura in termini di stelle (l'Hotel è un tre stelle, ma la ristorazione ne vale almeno 4). Impeccabile anche il personale di sala. Ottimi anche i servizi di piscina coperta e spa accessibili senza sovrapprezzo!

The staff were lovely and friendly making me feel welcome. The owner made a pint of welcoming me as I had arrived late. The staff had saved a meal of soup, salad, a cold platter and dessert for me even though it was after 21:00 by the time I arrived. The hotel is lovely with great views for the valley. It is situated a quiet part of the village with access to great walks and cycling. The hotel has safe storage for bikes. The pool and wellness centre is a lovely place to relax. I feel very at home at the hotel.

Godt hotel til Maratona

Vi var nede for at cykle Maratona og hotellet ligger ca. 500 meter fra der hvor vi skulle hente startnummer. Hotellet har den bedste udsigt, meget rent, super service, Wi-FI, dejligt SPA og maden var god både morgen og aften (dette er jo en smagssag). Vi fik lov til at have cyklerne stående på vores altan. Helt sikkert et hotel jeg kan anbefale og kunne besøge igen. Eneste ulempe er 50 meter op ad bakken med 17% stigning til hotellet (god træning). :-) Skal du cykle Maratona så er der et par km til start som går lidt op ad. Det betød at når vi var færdig med løbet så er det ned af bakken hjem. Det var vi glade for.

В целом вполне нормальный отель.

Отдых в отеле оставил немного противоречивые чувства. С одной стороны очень всё чисто, хороший ресторан, отличная уборка номеров, хороший, внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, частая смена постельного белья и полотенец, вполне приемлемая зона СПА, но при этом отелю требуется некоторый ремонт, особенно фасада. Плохая звукоизоляция номеров, порой слышны посторонние звуки. Номера тесноваты. В целом, думаю крепкая 4 из 5.
