「Sehr freundlicher Empfang, saubere allerdings etwas kleine Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und jeder hat was gefunden. Auch im Frühstücksraum waren nur freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Der Fahrradraum und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind top! 」

「Terrible I asked the reception in advance about the availability of the airport shuttle bus. I was told every 30 min. When I arrived the airport at 12:00 and waited half hour, nothing came. I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi. 」

「Unterkunft ist es ok Aber leider bei Expedia stimmt nicht ganz. Ich habe über Internet mit Frühstück gebucht aber leider musste ich frühstück extra zahlen weil bei Buchen nicht dabei gewesen. Ich bin mir ganz sicher das ich mit Frühstück gebucht habe. Obwohl ich Expedia geschrieben habe kein Antwort bekommen. Einfach misz」

「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」
