「Great hotel, close to everything and with parking. A few too many stairs, but honestly a great hotel. Staff was great and super helpful.」

「Incredible hotel in a nice location if you're planning to go to the spa and Black Forest. The room was spacious with a balcony and the staff was friendly and helpful」

「Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.」

「Loved our stay here. Big, clean rooms with nice amenities. Convenient and tasty restaurant. Beautiful and safe area. AC was a great asset, as it was in the high 80s one of our days. Well maintained and well run. We would stay here again.」

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The rooftop spa and heated pool were definite highlights, offering a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the city. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and...

「Big room with a private kitchen. Easy to parking.」

「The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very well located in the heart of Baden-Baden. We enjoyed it and would stay there again. There are only 7 rooms at the hotel, and two are small. We were in room 6. which only had a double bed, and it was placed up against a wall. For us this was OK, we coped for a few nights, but rooms 1,2,4,5,7 have king sized beds. Room 3 is basically a single, so be sure to check which room you are booking or have been allocated. Same as all hotels these days...

「广告上说有WiFi，但入住后三间房均没有WiFi。感觉被骗了，当晚就退房没住。」
