"We stayed at Mavi Retreat during our trip to Badami, Pattadkal and Aihole. It is a brand new resort ( ~7 months old). The rooms were excellent - with nice comfortable beds, very good western bathrooms. The restaurant food was excellent - made fresh to order, at the mild spice level as we requested. ..."

"Photos looked too good. Upon arrival- neighbourhood area seemed scary as it was in a remote location- felt a bit insecure but turned out to be a great place. Will certainly consider once again for a transit stop"
