Enttäuscht

Hätte sicher schön sein können. Nach einem langen Tag freuten wir uns auf den Aufenthalt. Leider wurde uns im Hotel von Anfang an das Gefühl vermittelt zu stören. Parkgarage? Ja die ist natürlich voll. Parken Sie mal im Parkhaus die Straße runter. Beim Zimmer war dann das Schloss kaputt, man kam gar nicht erst hinein. Wir bekamen dann ein größeres Zimmer zugewiesen, welches leider nicht vorbereitet war, es gab keine Handtücher dort. Nach telefonischer Bestellung haben wir 30 min vergeblich auf Handtücher gewartet und sind selbst zur Rezeption zurück. Ach Handtücher? Ja ok, kommen gleich. Nach weiter 15 min kam jemand, allerdings war es dann zu spät, um noch in den Wellness Bereich zu gehen. Zimmer ansich schön, Flure und Hotel allgemein etwas angestaubt. Mit freundlicherem Personal wäre es sicher schön gewesen..

Auch in Pandemiezeiten: Immer wieder gerne!

Auch in Pandemiezeiten professioneller Check-In, wie immer freundlich. Zimmer wie immer sauber, Frühstück etwas weniger Auswahl als sonst, was aber aufgrund der Auslastung absolut nachvollziehbar ist. Zwei unserer Azubi's hatten ihre erste Dienstreise mit diesem Aufenthalt und haben einen tollen Eindruck von Dienstreisen, die in schönen Hotels wirklich angenehm sein können, erhalten.

Wie immer: Top!

freundlicher und professioneller Empfang an der Rezeption; Zimmer sind stylisch eingerichtet, modern und sauber (auch wenn in unserem Zimmer die Tapete verkehrt herum angebracht war - erkennbar am Vogel, der auf dem Kopf steht ;-)). Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht, professioneller und schneller Service - speziell in COVID19-Zeiten besonders wichtig! Tolle Lage zur Innenstadt. Einziges Manko: man sieht nicht immer zu 100%, ob Parkplätze auf dem Hotel-Parkplatz frei sind - fährt dann drauf, und benötigt zum Verlassen des Parkplatzes einen Chip des Hotels.

Als wollten sie sich an mein Geldbeutel klammern..

Parkhaus unter aller Kanone. Kostet pro Nacht 11€, dafür hat man auch extra kleine Parkplätze. Mein Tipp: Nicht benutzen. Rechts vom Eingang auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es einen wesentlich angenehmeren Parkplatz Die Übernachtung kostet ca. 120€, aber man muss für einen Bademantel eine Leihgebühr von 5€ zahlen. Wo gibt es sowas? Andere Hotels kosten weit weniger, haben umfangreichere Wellnessangebote und wer soll's glauben?! Bademantel gibt's für umme.

Ruhiges und sehr komfortabelste Zimmer. Alles sauber und einladend. Ein Minuspunkt ist die Parkplatzsituation. Parken ist nur auf einem kleinen bewirtschafteten Parkplatz (8€) oder in der Tiefgarage (11€) möglich. Der Glanzpunkt ist allerdings das Frühstück. Ausgewogen und üppig. Am besten auf der Dachterrasse im 3.Stock mit Blick über Bad Salzuflen
