Never again.

What an arrogant and insensitive management. Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to see me and just to just basically pay my bill and be on my way. So .... never again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms do look a little tired. Comfortable and decent room service, however it helps to speak some German as not all staff speak English. Nice breakfast. The pool and wellness area is nice

keep off Dappers Hotel

Awful experience. Made the reservation for the Dappers Hotel, but at my arrival at 8 pm I was addressed without any previous advice to another place. Instead of a hotel,it is a very old house, no parking ( or better an open town parking slot at 200 meters) Breakfast time only available between 8:30 and 9:30 ( no mention at all about that anywhere in the booking offer !!! ) Needed to leave for work at 8:00, but none at the reception to leave the keys. Shame for hotels.com, used to book around 60/70 stays/year , probably no more for me and all my colleagues in the next future because of this experience.
