"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and we liked that one could open the windows. The air-conditioning is a real value add, too, in weather weather. Super conviennent to the train station and downtown, lots of shops, groceries restaurants close by. A fridge in the room would have been nice, but for the price the hotel offers excellent value. The only negative is the plastic mattress cover (other hotels use these; it feels like an emergency room stretcher).... They are awful! I removed it for a better night's sleep as it's too hot with it on. "

"Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!"

"I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay. "
