For our purposes, this motel was fine (a one-night stay, place to sleep and shower in transit). But, if you are expecting anything special, it will not be satisfactory (no breakfast, no ambiance, motel exterior needs help). I did get to see my football game, room was clean with plenty of hot water, and we slept well, so we were OK). A bit over-priced, but I have no problem helping the local economy. Motel receptionist was off site, but she arrived promptly and was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. Just very outdated and small (smaller than we like). It was kind of smelly, just old. The air conditioning wasn’t great but we were only there to sleep. The owner was a very kind man.

Exactly what we needed. We were in the area fire the weekend and needed a nice room, clean, at a fair price. We got exactly that. The beds were very comfortable. The room had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The room was clean and well maintained. The price was fair as well.
