Water condition is weak . fronting my window is the kitchen exhaust outlet and is very noisy. If you charge your laptop on their coffee shop there is charging fee, better take note of this, even if you dine in and a guest.

Very nice hotel, close to Port and bus terminal and SM Mall. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Great for the money. The area was very dark at night so we didn't venture outside after dark.

Rooms are comfortable but the facilities are showing their age. Some minor issues we noticed were holes in the bath towels, the wall AC made a constant and annoying chirping noise, shower lacked enough warm water to shower, the floors in our room were very dusty, etc...

Good stay in central location

Better than average hotel in central location. Walking distance to SM Bacolod. Breakfast buffet is good, rooms are comfortable and WiFi is adequate. Friendly staff are great.

Treated Like Royalty

I was treated like royalty at this hotel. The staff in the hotel restaurant were all first class. The door men especially a young man named Relly were so helpful and caring. If I ever go back to Bacolod, this is the only place I will stay.

The hotel interior is pleasant and clean. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The restaurant is nice. The hotel neighborhood is a little bit rundown although pretty safe. Overall the hotel met my expectation except the bathroom water heater doesn't work.

comfortable hotel

very clean hotel with a nice reception desk and very courteous staff. very good breakfast buffet and excellent restaurant with reasonable pricing. the only negative is there are no drawers in the room to place clothes however room is comfortable. I would recommend it to friends.

clean hotel in the center of Bacolod, 10 mns walk to SM mall, the cathedral and the main square....spacious and confortable room, nice bed, good breakfast, decent wifi and good tv package...nice staff, i would recommend this hotel.

i have to pay for the towel that was missed up. i just thought that is part of the business. And i would not mind if it was written on the rules and polcy. That way i would have brought my own towels. except for that everything was fine

The staff was excellent. Food is nice. But some extras that you might think is free (e.g., extra blanket) will cost you 50 Php. Towels doesn't seem to look clean (grayish in color).

Hotel i downtown Bacolod

Udmaerket hotel midt i Bacolod. Taet paa SM City Mall og taet paa bymidten. Vaerelset var OK. Desvaerre var badevaerelsets oversvoemmet. Airconditioningen larmede. Morgenmaden var god. Personalet flinke og hjaelpsomme. Det er let at hyre taxier som altid koerer paa meteret! Godt men ikke ideelt hotel.

Clean convenient hotel.

Pros: Newer clean hotel, friendly staff. Close to mall restaurants. Cons: Weak wifi signal, password only good for one device one day, bathroom had odor of sewer, water heater did not work (Luke warm), TV did not work upon arrival but fixed right away.
