「It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
「The room is quite large compared with usual hotel rooms. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 3 for sure. The open kitchen area is handy for bringing fruits and takeaway food back to enjoy, but no microwave oven available (one would be nice). Air-conditioning works well and bedsheets are clean.
The toilet is spacious and has a basic, functional shower. There were a lack of toilet paper upon arrival, and the owner proactively offered to refill soon afterward. I spotted one or two insects...
