Delicious breakfast with fruit, yogurt and granola with a choice of egg. The coffee was excellent. The view on the lagoon and the infrastructure was breathtaking. The room was clean and the design fit perfectly with the general vibe. I recommend staying at least two nights to truly enjoy the space in its entirety, something I regret not doing. If I come back to Bacalar, I will definitely stay here again.

From the moment you walked in to the open air lobby/reception area. You just feel a sense of calm. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. And you meet a bunch of fur balls that are there to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms are well maintained and give you a place to completely unwind. Not having a TV in the room makes it so that you truly disconnect from everything. Staff is also very helpful in booking activities such as a sailboat ride around the lagoon and other tours that are available. If you’re looking for a place to come in and just completely relax, this place in 100%.

Our stay at Naya was truly wonderful. The hotel’s location is exceptional and adds a unique sense of charm and tranquility to the overall experience. Our room was beautifully designed, and we especially enjoyed the direct lagoon access. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the property could improve. While we understand the hotel is surrounded by nature and located within the jungle environment, the pools, decks, and common areas could be maintained with a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The bar experience could also be enhanced with a wider variety of drink options and more knowledgeable bartending service. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Naya. The lagoon views, beautiful room aesthetic, and peaceful atmosphere made it a memorable experience in Bacalar.

One of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. Amazing jungle setting, super cool rooms with amazing decor, romantic lighting, thatch walls, outdoor shower, awesome plunge pool at the front door. We loved the cats everywhere, the open air reception lounge, awesome, friendly staff and beautiful lagoon. This place was like a super cool, semi fancy Gilligans island. If you like boring, beige, generic hotel chains, don’t come here.

Muy bonito el lugar , lo único esq tienen de mascota a dos perros y no limpian cuando los perros hacen sus nececsidades, así q tiene uno q andar cuidando donde pisa. Una mañana estaba lloviznando , súper ligero al grado q solo se escuchaba la lluvia pero sin mojarte mucho y no nos quisieron llevar café a ala habitación ni papel sanitario q nos hace falta que por el clima
