"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings.
