"As soon as I arrived the hotel, a young guy at the front was very kind. He did upgrade the room for me to the bigger and ocean view room. I already feel comfortable. The buffet breakfast was incredible! I stayed for 5 nights. Almost all menus are different daily. I could enjoy genuine Vietnamese food variety. They take care of the guest's stomach. Very good! The floor staff, Stella is so kind and helpful. I have nothing to complain about this hotel. when you have an opportunity to come to Da Nang, I highly recommend this hotel. I felt much more satisfaction than I paid. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Vietnam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local food. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. "Beautiful property right on the beach with a great central location. I just can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the pool attendants, bell staff and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and kind. They look after every need you could possibly have. The buffet breakfast is very good and fresh every morning. I travel quite a bit and this is a great property, one of the best I’ve stayed at. All thumbs up from me! "

"Okay I’ll start by saying the location is one of the best across the road from the beach and all the restaurants, bars and shopping are very close by. Now about the hotel it’s self, the rooms are soo big it’s almost like a self contained apartment I just couldn’t believe the size of it. The staff are soo friendly the 15 days me and my friends were there we never saw any staff member not being welcoming, polite or helpful and even when I had an issue that was resolved very quickly and efficiently it was nothing major just my room fridge was not cold enough do they replaced it. I cannot recommend this hotel enough you will not regret staying here at all and as you my fellow travellers you will know it is quality from the time you step into the hotel. "

"A wonderful stay at the Pullman. Beautiful grounds and well maintained property. Very clean. The stars are the staff. They are absolutely lovely and provide five star service. Wish we could have stayed there longer than 6 nights. Can’t wait to come back. "
