"Great place to stay when going to Busch Gardens. Great breakfast, pool and shuttle."

"The rooms are very dated. And the shower items (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were out. The window was so dirty - great view of the park though. It’s not in the best area - so an Uber to the park is necessary. The hotel provides a shuttle though which is awesome. The front desk staff is fantastic and helpful. Didn’t sleep very well because there was a fight happening on the street outside. All in all it’s fine to stay there if you’re going to the park."

"Para nosotros fue una estancia corta de una sola noche por una boda la que asistimos y nos pudimos quedar hasta más tarde el día siguiente con extra fee pero para nosotros fue fantástico porque pudimos descansar y salir con calma. El personal más que atento a cualquier pedido que le hicimos. Me pareció muy bueno. Hubiéramos querido tener más tiempo para disfrutar de la piscina pero bueno en otra ocasión. "

"Room was ok when it comes to the cleaniness but the staff, especially the office staff, were rude and talked to me like I was a stray dog and the cleaning lady kept opening my room door without permission and doesn't even speak English so I was unable to communicate with her. I asked her repeatedly to not open my door without permission but since she couldn't understand English she kept doing it. 1 of the ladies that works the front desk came banging on my door about the room payment, which I had already paid for the previous night online via Expedia in which she repeatedly called me a liar and her attitude towards me and my best friend, who is handicapped. We had cockroaches gallore in our room as well and had to throw out half of the food we had just bought the previous day due to the bugs. Our refrigerator didn't even shut and was not cold whatsoever so the milk soured after only being in there not ever 24 hours. And it was dirty and had bugs in it as well and also the microwave. The morning of check out they came banging on the door yet once again demanding that we have less than 5 mins to checkout and again my best friend is handicapped and is unable to move around like that. There were stains on our bed sheets and the toilet and shower were dirty and hair in the drain of the shower. "

"Property and room was a little dated and could use some upgrades but overall was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory however no variety from day to day..same items daily."
