「Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette...

「The reception lady always with a poker face and very arrogant. The room was not clean, especially the bed sheet was very dirty. The room service call can never been connected, nobody was answering the call. 」

「Terrible facilities, no safe no fridge no iron. I was put in a smoking room although booked non smoking then moved to non smoking. The new room had mosquitos as the AC was off and the bathroom window was open. The put one water bottle for double room and two adults. When i asked for water they charged me although I was checking out 4 days earlier than my booking and leaving without refund. And the bed sheets, the towls had marks. Breakfast was awful. Dont book it!」

「It’s a very nice historical place, beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice as well. Breakfast was rather simple. We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly.
