"We really enjoyed our stay. The ‘brothers’ took excellent care of us and we were able to easily arrange two tours of the city, which was very helpful as we were only there for one day. The place was very clean and beautiful. The shower was very hot and full. The best part was walking up the alleyways of the Medina. It took us back in time and it was easy to appreciate the historical aspects of this amazing city. We have definitely fallen in love with Morocco and it’s people!"

"The help we received from our host Sama was outstanding. She worked hard to meet all of our requests and needs. She did an excellent job! Hamid - our daily waiter/bellman - was always on top of things and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sama set up a day guide - Abdul - that was masterful and informative. Sama also set up a driver - Ibrahim - that was outstanding and kept us safe on a 7 hour day trip drive."

"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad."

"I was greeted by staff, Fatima, who showed me where all of the sites would be on the map. Mehdi made sure that I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, and the staff, especially Mehdi, were absolutely amazing. I showed up with a sprained ankle so I was not able to get out much, but it couldn’t be a more beautiful place with better company to recuperate. Mehdi really exceeded every expectation. The bathroom and bedroom are all newly redecorated and appointed. The bed was just wonderful."

"My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. Every morning, Fatiha, the chef, prepared an amazing meal, as well as mint tea and coffee. She is one of the sweetest, funniest people around. We also had dinner at the riad one night, which was, unsurprisingly, delicious. We are vegetarian, and Fatiha was very accommodating. Some of our favorite moments were just sitting and drinking tea on the patio. One more general thing, not related to our stay - We had some trouble on arrival. Our plane was delayed and we ended up landing at 1:30 in the morning, which caused some trouble with the transport we’d arranged. As long as you aren’t trying to show up in the middle of the night, though, all should be good. Mehdi still went above and beyond in order to sort everything out, and wound up staying up until we arrived. And then drove us to the airport for our departure. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind - highly recommend House Andalous!"
