"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. "The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is good quality, rooms are spacious. Attentive staff - our request to clean the room first thing in the morning was met every day without fail. Crossing the road to the beach was really easy as the two helpers are always there to stop the traffic. Kids club turned out to be amazing with well trained staff that had many ideas and projects on hand. We ended up using the games room on the daily basis for pool and air hockey. We also liked the location as it was super easy to get around and having two 7/11 right there proved really handy."
