The staff is great and helpful clean

This unassuming little hotel right opposite Ben Thanh market is a hidden little gem. Like with all hotels, you will have negatives. What makes this place exceptional is the STAFF. They are not seasoned professionals with years in hospitality, but teenagers. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and some take time out to talk to you. I was trying to find a fault with the staff or service but failed. I have stayed at 15 hotels in the past 4 years, (the likes of Hilton. Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott etc.. all with their grand entrances, but very little after that). I can honestly say, I rank this hotel Number 1 above them all. Thank you to all, especially Frankie, Mary, Levi, Simon, Andy and Laura.

The property amenities, location and staff were amazing. Very friendly with the children and always helpful. The staff always had a smile to greet us, my kids loved the pool and rated the afternoon tea a 10 out of 10.
