「Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also...

「The property was convenient and in a location which we were happy with. Easy to get taxis and a great shop/petrol station about a 15 min walk. 」

「I cannot say how awful this place was. We were ripped off so bad. Expedia charged us and then the owner Esa charged us as well and an extra $500USD that’s for a room with no electricity no WiFi terrible food it was so bad after two days we moved next door along with 6 others to Korovu “resort” and Arieta was so kind and helped us settle in and didn’t charge us as much because we were ripped off by her family next door. This woman should honestly be arrested for stealing. Even the staff was...
