"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. We called the hotel to get a shuttle pickup in the afternoon after landing and the shuttle never showed up so we ended up boarding the airport shuttle bus which had a drop off not too far from the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was good and the wait staff were attentive. Our room was fine for an overnight stay and we slept well. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 am which is nice for early flights. We took the shuttle to MXP with no issues so overall the stay went well."

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."
