「Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「The Ibis Bilbao Centro was a great hotel! It was very conveniently located near a really nice area with many good restaurants and shopping.
The receptionists snd staff were all really courteous and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough.
We would definitely stay there afain when we are in Bilbaonagain and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.」

「Clean room and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating since they assisted every time needed. We checked in a few hours before the estipulated time and gave us the room as soon as ready (12 pm). Staff helped us with the follow up with the airline that lost our bags and were always very nice」
