"Fabulous hotel in excellent town/area with a superb restaurant"

"Beautiful B&B. We were in “2 Bis”, the sister of PieuX. Only 2 rooms so we had the whole place. Amenities were really good, the bedrooms quiet and the beds super comfy, that was all 5 stars! We loved the quirkiness, fantastic place and literally 20 seconds from the grand place but you can’t hear the noise at all!! The breakfast is not to be missed, very simple but oh so fantastic! "We were greeted by the host, who showed us around and made us feel welcome, despite arriving later in the evening. Though we only spent one night, the place was perfectly clean and comfortable, and should we return to that part of France, we'd be very happy to stay again."

"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. Stay away! Nice area, but not...

"Absolutely beautiful property. Full of French charm with great hosts. All amenities were excellent in a very quiet village. We had a lovely evening meal with wine courtesy of the on site boutique. Absolutely delicious in a beautiful location. Totally recommended. "
